The Role

You will build and grow dwpa in the United Kingdom by selling technical wind turbine training to asset owners, operators, and service companies.

You will own your pipeline, your customers, and your results.

You will work directly with the Global Sales Director and a strong team in Denmark.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a United Kingdom sales pipeline
  • Win new customers and expand existing accounts
  • Engage technical stakeholders with credibility
  • Translate real operational challenges into training solutions
  • Close deals and build long term customer relationships
  • Stay close to the market through travel, meetings, and industry presence

What we expect

  • You take full ownership and deliver results
  • You are proactive and do not wait to be told what to do
  • You are comfortable in technical dialogue with engineers and technicians
  • You understand wind turbine operations and service
  • You are willing to travel extensively
  • You have at least 5 years in B2B sales and 3 years in wind energy
